Welcome to Artbar Lab Ueno! Artbar Lab is an art studio for all ages, from children to adults. Parents and children, school friends, or colleagues can easily spend a creative time together. Enjoy painting in Ueno, where there are many museums, and you will have an artistic and perfect day!
Artbar Lab does not serve drinks but you can bring your own beverage of your choice. Using smaller canvases, you can experience art in a simpler and more casual way.
Artbar Lab is for all ages but please note the following information regarding children.
- Kids under 5 can attend free if they are accompanied by a ticket holding adult (they will share 1 canvas ) .
- If a child under 5 years old is attending with you without a ticket, please indicate the child’s name and age in the remarks column. If we do not hear from you, we may not be able to reserve a slot for your child.

Artbar Lab - Important Ticket Information アートバーラボ - 重要なチケット情報 ご予約ありがとうございます。 当日のご参加お待ちしております！ チケットを購入する前に、利用規約を十分にお読みください。セッションに参加することにより、Artbar Lab / Artbar Tokyoの利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 注意事項： 場所： Artbarはいくつの店舗がございます。 ご予約の会場を必ずお確かめ下さい。 子どもに関する情報:5歳未満：保護者と一緒にチケットなしで参加可能（1チケットで2名様、1作品を一緒に制作), 5歳未満のお子様がチケットなしでご一緒に参加される場合は、備考欄にお子様のお名前と年齢をご記入ください。ご連絡がない場合、お子様の参加枠をご用意できない場合がございます。 5歳～10歳：チケットをお持ちの保護者と一緒に参加可能(2チケットの購入が必要になります) お子様が一人で参加する場合は、一人で施設内のトイレに行くことができるかご確認ください。 服装： アクリル絵の具を使用します。お洋服に付着しますとお洗濯では洗い落とす事が難しいのでご注意ください。絵の具汚れに関して当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。 Artbar Lab では、お飲み物のご提供はしておりません。お好きな飲み物をご持参ください。 キャンセル・変更について ご予約のセッション開始24時間を過ぎてからのキャンセル・ご変更はできません。 24時間前までは自動キャンセルシステムでキャンセル・変更手続きが可能です。お問合せフォームのキャンセル・変更の項目からお手続き下さい。 キャンセルの上ご返金をご希望の場合には500円の手数料が発生致します。 ご連絡： ご不明な点がございましたら、よくある質問のページをご確認ください。 お問い合わせが必要な場合は、ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームをご利用ください。 お電話は大変繋がりにくくなっております。 著作権について： Artbar Tokyoのセッションに参加される方は、セッションのプロセス、アートワーク、写真、画像、テキスト説明、内容、提供された資料を商業目的で複製、複写、再配布しないことに同意したものとします。 Artbar Lab/ Artbar Tokyoのアートワーク、写真、画像、文章説明、セッションのプロセスは、すべてArtbar Tokyoに著作権が帰属します。 責任について：Artbar Lab / Artbar Tokyoでのセッション中、安全に関するすべての注意事項を遵守して下さい。Artbar Lab / Artbar Tokyo、スタッフ、セッションの他の参加者は、セッション中に発生しうる個人の所有物の損害、損失、盗難、または身体的な怪我に対して一切の責任、義務を負いません。 Thank you for joining an Artbar Tokyo session. By attending the sessions, you agree to Artbar's Terms & Conditions. Locations: We have several locations so please check the studio name on the ticket. Children Information:Kids under 5 can attend free if they are accompanied by a ticket holding adult (they will share 1 canvas ). If a child under 5 years old is attending with you without a ticket, please indicate the child's name and age in the "NOTES" section at checkout. If we are not notified, we may not have a space for your child. Kids age 5-10 must attend with an adult who also has a ticket for normal events that are not specified for Kids Only. Drinks: Artbar Lab studios does not provide drinks. Please feel free to bring your own. Clothing: We will be using acrylic paint in the studios, which does not come out of clothing. Accidents may happen so please anticipate that you may get paint on your clothing. Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on. Refund & Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable or changeable if you cancel within 24 hours before the session. You may cancel or refund prior to 24 hours to the session by using our self-cancellation system on our website contact page by selecting “cancel or change my ticket” on the drop down menu. There is a processing fee of 500 yen per refund. If the drop down menu does not show, please try from another browser or device. We are unable to answer the phone in any studio location.
